Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
Funnel Optimization: Design, manage, and optimize the conversion funnel—from initial ad click to landing pages and lead capture forms.
Content Collaboration: Work with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and marketing collateral (case studies, whitepapers, or demos).
Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads).
SEO & Inbound: Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and inbound inquiries.
CRM Management: Ensure all leads are accurately captured in our CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or internal tools) and hand off qualified prospects to the sales team.
Market Research: Identify new trends, competitor strategies, and target audience segments to stay ahead in the IT services market.
Technical & Professional Skills
Paid Media: Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Email Automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Apollo, or SendGrid).
SEO: Strong understanding of keyword research and technical SEO.
Copywriting: Ability to write or guide compelling, action-oriented marketing copy.
Reporting: Expertise in creating performance dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on lead generation for IT services or SaaS products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
