Key Responsibilities
Full SDLC Management: Manage the end-to-end development life cycle from requirements analysis, architecture, and coding to testing, deployment, and post-production maintenance.
Backend & API Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, secure backend services and RESTful APIs/Webhooks using PHP and Laravel.
Database Design & Management: Architect efficient database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, manage migrations, and utilize Laravel Eloquent ORM for seamless data interactions.
Frontend Integration: Develop clean, responsive UI layouts using Blade, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and modern JS frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Livewire).
Optimization & Security: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to PSR standards.
Implement security best practices (CSRF, XSS protection, authentication) and optimize database/API performance. Version Control & Maintenance: Use Git for version control, troubleshoot bugs, perform refactoring, and handle routine maintenance and feature deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
PHP & Frameworks: 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience with strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
Database Expertise: Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL), schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
API Architecture: Proven track record of building and integrating RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, and 3rd-party services.
Frontend Tech: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and experience with modern libraries (Vue.js, React, Alpine.js, or Laravel Livewire).
Tools & Utilities: Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab, Postman, composer, and deployment environments (Linux/cPanel/AWS basics).
Core Fundamentals: Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC patterns, and software design principles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA/MCA, or equivalent practical experience.Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting platforms.
Experience with caching layers like Redis or queue workers in Laravel.
